Insurmountable Obstacle Germany

Founded in 1987 (as "HIV") by Boy-R (drums, vocals) and Footz (bass, later guitar), mainly influenced by 80s UK hardcore, European hardcore punk and American thrash. Marce joined on bass in 1990 and Kölle as vocalist in 1991. Music then comprised grindcore and death metal. Boy-R took over lead vocals, later sharing with Marce. Sound enhanced with post hardcore elements. Last official gig in 2007. ... more
